on september 8th of 2000, a fire broke out in ashland, oregon on almeda drive. fueled by extreme winds and excessive heat, the fire took hold of its own. it consumed everything in its direct path, causing a whole town to burn. these photos represent the destruction and devastation in the aftermath of the almeda drive fire from the small neighborhood of samuel lane loop in phoenix, oregon.
